What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Working on my continual house-makeover, spending time with girlfriends and family, travel, and reading.

Do you have a little known talent? I like to write funny limericks for friends/about friends.

If I could live anywhere, I’d live in: I'm pretty content where I am. But if I could live anywhere, I think the countryside of Italy would be my place.

If I could do anything, I would:  Shorten winter to a two month season. Spring would begin right after New Year's.

A personally rewarding career or professional accomplishment? Getting hired and working at Black & Veatch has been an ongoing accomplishment for me.  It continues to stretch my abilities and comfort zone.

Favorite band or musician? Too many to name…I have pretty eclectic tastes in music that vary with mood, and I’m always looking for something new.

Favorite food? My mom's cooking.

A personal motto or motivating quote? “Forgive, oh Lord, my little jokes on thee…and I’ll forgive Thy great big one on me.”   I laughed the first time I came across this quote; it reminds me to try not to take life too seriously.  Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn’t!
