What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I enjoy my time outside of work with my two daughters.  I grew up in an all-boy household where fists were used to solve differences and now having girls really challenges my approach to solve issues through emotions. When not with them, I like to ride my motorcycle.

Any nicknames? My youngest calls me Cobes.

Do you have a little known talent? I am one to two people away from getting information needed to solve a problem.

What was your high school mascot? (And where did you go to high school?) I went to high school in Manhattan, Kansas. Our mascot was the Indians.

Any particular project/marketing initiative you are proud of? The biggest project I am proud of winning because of our marketing strategy was the Grandview Sewer Improvements for Little Blue Valley Sewer District. I was representing a newer firm in Kansas City and we were up against several excellent competitors. We had to demonstrate a great approach, that we had the right members on the team, and we knew exactly how to solve the problems efficiently. Our strategy paid off and we won the project.

Something other members don’t know about you? I want my life to be completely paperless (like that will ever happen). Also, I played football for 5-years at the University of Missouri.

Personal motto or quote? It’s better to look ahead and prepare than to look back and regret.
