If I could live anywhere, I'd live in: Well, I’d probably still live in Kansas City, but if I had my way, immediate family would be here with us.

If I could do anything, I would: Be able to travel hours in just minutes, or finance projects with a money tree.

A personally rewarding career or professional accomplishment? In 2008, I was selected as National Young Leader of the Year by the American Public Works Association (APWA).

Favorite movie or book? Currently, I’m reading a lot of books to my daughter.

Favorite band or musician? I like a good mix of 80’s bands and low-key live music.
